The 23,350-sf office building is better known as the home toPhillips Production, which produces Country Reporter televisionshow that airs Sundays. According to the Dallas County AppraisalWeb site, the property is valued at $750,000. The building sits on.77-acres, which abuts the Dallas Design Center and is across thefreeway from the freshly opened American Airlines Center atVictory. The two-story office building was built in 1984.
Wilcox's Greg Hoffman and John Conger will handle the leasingduties. The location, says Hoffman, is "great" due to its freewayproximity and access to the city's design district and the Victoryredevelopment. In all, the Dallas-based Wilcox Realty Groupoversees property management and financial services to more than6.5 million sf of office and industrial properties in theregion.
