In April, GlobeSt.com reported three law firms had signed leasesfor a total of 233,951 sf at Two Freedom Square, a 16-story, officetower.
According the developers, the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini,Goodrich & Rosati has leased 109,955 sf; Finnegan HendersonFarabow Garrett & Dunner LLP took 96,648 sf. Latham &Watkins signed for 27,348 sf.
The joint venture's first building, the 18-story, 414,000 sf OneFreedom Square is 100 percent leased.
