The project, which is slated for completion in the fourthquarter, will cost an estimated $2 million, according to a companyspokesperson. The two-story facility will rise at 2090 N. TustinAve., near Interstate 5 and the 55 and 22 freeways.
The project is being marketed by Rick Warner of CB RichardEllis' Anaheim office. It is being built by Advanced ConstructionsSolutions, an Irvine-based development and general contractingcompany.
The Santa Ana complex is one of several that AdvancedConstruction Solutions has started in the county recently. Othersinclude the headquarters of Procom Technology Inc. and a new officebuilding in Irvine Spectrum to house the law firm of Oswald andYap.
