Covington & Burling is relocating from about 15,000-sf in601 California St. The firm plans to move into its new offices inDecember, and may sublease the top two floors until its expansionis complete. Boutwell tells GlobeSt.com Covington was very attracted to thespace initially due to the location and 3,000-sf balconies on eachof its floors. The six floors beneath Covington are still availableand largely in move-in condition.
