The latest lease for 14770 Trinity Blvd. takes the InvescoRealty Advisors-owned building to full occupancy, Chris Cawley ofWilcox Realty Group tells GlobeSt.com. About a month ago, StateFarm Insurance grabbed a 36,000-sf spot in the two-year-old officebuilding in a plan to consolidate the Dallas-Ft. Worth operationsof its disasters claims management division.

American already occupies 67,000 sf in an adjacentbuilding--also a call center. The space for the second call centeris undergoing tenant finish out that should be done in time for aNov. 1 move-in, says Cawley. It just made sense for AmericanAirlines to keep the call centers in a central location, he says ofthe new deal. Cawley represented Invesco in the negotiations whileTroy Barron of Weston Commercial Realty of Dallas acted on AmericanAirlines' behalf.

The signing closes the books on Invesco's holdings inCentrePort, says Cawley. "We're definitely over the hump and we'relooking to do some more business with Invesco," he says of thelong-term wrap for the London-based property owner, theinstitutional division of AMVESCAP, which maintains offices inAsia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America.
