The building will sit on a 10.12-acre site acquired fromCenterPoint Properties Trust, the largest industrial REIT in theChicago market, earlier this year. Construction is scheduled tobegin before fall and completion is expected in the second quarterof 2002.

Delta-Unibus is a subsidiary of Houston-based Powell Industries,Inc. The company makes custom switches, metering packages, powerconductors and bus accessories for gas and old producers,refineries, petrochemical plants, utilities, paper mills andtransportation companies.
