CBRE says Delaware North Parks Services Inc., a leading providerof hospitality, lodging, food service and visitor services atnational and state parks, has acquired the 244-room Tenaya Lodge inYosemite for $38 million. CBRE broker Bill Murney represented theseller, L-O Tenaya Holding Inc. of San Francisco.

Built in 1990 and completely renovated in 1998-99, Tenaya Lodgeis a world-class mountain resort property located along Highway 41,just two miles from Yosemite National Park's popular South Gateentrance. The lodge, situated at an elevation of 5,288 feet, sitson 35 acres bordering the Sierra Nevada National Forest and carriesthe prestigious AAA 4-Diamond rating.

In addition to its setting, Tenaya Lodge offers 8,000-sf ofmeeting space, a business center, full-time conference conciergeand three restaurants. The lodge also features a full-service spaand a fitness center that includes 18-meter indoor and outdoorswimming pools.
