The New York-based FTI, which produces software for thefinancial services industry, will use the location for softwaredevelopment. The company was assisted in its site search byJonathan B. Schultz and George Gemelos of The SchultzOrganization/TCN Worldwide, Woodbridge, NJ; and Barrett Stern ofMurray Hill Properties/TCN Worldwide of New York City.

"This transaction evolved over 12 months and involved surveyingover 300 sites from Stamford [CT] to Trenton [NJ]," according toStern. "This one was determined to offer the best combination ofinfrastructure, incentives and location."
