The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with brokers Mark Sealeand Jennifer Bishop, represented the building owner, TeachersInsurance & Annuity Association of New York City. StephanieHickok of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Phoenix office acted for thetenant.
