Arden Seals 13,025-SF in Office Leases

LOS ANGELES-Arden Realty Inc., which owns more than 18.7 million sf of office space in Southern California, says that lease transactions have been completed at three of its Los Angeles office buildings. The deals are worth a total of more than $1.7 million.

The largest of the two deals involves an office lease at 303 N. Glenoaks Blvd. Dilbeck, a residential real estate brokerage firm, has signed a five-year deal to occupy 7,208 sf at the Glenoaks facility. Dilbeck was represented by Mark Dilbeck, while Arden was represented by Doug Marlow and Randy Brown of CB Richard Ellis.

Arden has landed another tenant at one of its facilities on Wilshire Blvd., as a five-year lease has been signed for 5,817-sf at 8383 Wilshire Blvd. The tenant, Life Alert Emergency Response, has relocated from Encino. Arden was represented in-house by Derric DuBourdieu.
