The largest of the two deals involves an office lease at 303 N.Glenoaks Blvd. Dilbeck, a residential real estate brokerage firm,has signed a five-year deal to occupy 7,208 sf at the Glenoaksfacility. Dilbeck was represented by Mark Dilbeck, while Arden wasrepresented by Doug Marlow and Randy Brown of CB Richard Ellis.
Arden has landed another tenant at one of its facilities onWilshire Blvd., as a five-year lease has been signed for 5,817-sfat 8383 Wilshire Blvd. The tenant, Life Alert Emergency Response,has relocated from Encino. Arden was represented in-house by DerricDuBourdieu.
