The deal creates one of the world's largest commercial bridgeand tunnel construction divisions. The Finley McNary staff will beintegrated into a newly formed bridge and tunnel division. R. CraigFinley Jr., co-founder/president, Finley McNary Engineers Inc.,will manage the division for Parsons.
Finley McNary has completed $3 billion worth of work in theUnited States and overseas to date. Parsons' 80-year-old bridgedivision has designed 5,000 spans throughout the world.
