Cushman & Wakefield Promotes Associate Director

DETROIT-Robert Dabrowski of Cushman & Wakefield’s office here has been promotedfrom sales associate to associate director in the firm’s industrial technology services group.Dabrowski joined the company in 1985, and has completed numerous large industrial transactions, including a 450,000-sf sale to Hollingsworth Logistics, a 298,896-sf lease to Progressive Distribution and 250,000-sf build-to-suit for Tower Automotive.

Dabrowski specializes in industrial leasing and sales. He was named top achiever in June, and he was ranked No. 2 for total gross revenue to date for the Detroit office. In 2000, he negotiated the largest single revenue transaction for the industrial division in the Detroit office’s history.

Dabrowski received his degree in industrial design from Henry Ford College. He is an active member in the boat racing community. He has been the launch chairman for the Annual Unlimited Hydroplane Race on the Detroit River for 27 years and was nominated as its Member of the Year in 2000.
