Texas-born Kohler was in on every major commercial real estatedevelopment in Orlando over the past 22 years. He came here in 1972as a Texas developer's representative and joined the city in 1975.He was a community block grant expediter and later became Orlando'schief planner.
Kohler became DDB's executive director in 1979.
