The firm is a Houston-based designer and manufacturer ofair-cooled heat exchange equipment for the oil, gas andpetrochemical processing industries. Hudson Products will lease thefacility from property owner, Griffin Juban Interests. Drew Lewisand Brad Marnitz, both of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston,represented Hudson in the deal.
Hudson's current corporate offices are situated at 6464 SavoyDr. in Houston proper. It also maintains offices in California,Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Hudson Products operates aplant in Beasley, TX, south of Sugar Land.
In another transaction, MLW Interests LLP recently purchased twoacres at Brystone Drive in Houston. Michael Wade, James Robinsonand Calvin Oestreich are the sellers. Julie Tysor of ColliersInternational was the sole broker involved in the deal andrepresented MLW Interests in the land deal.
