MCLEAN, VA-Xerox Corp. has renewed its lease for 22,556 sf at Greensboro Park here. The space is on the 6th floor of 8180 Greensboro Dr. The technology and services company has been an anchor tenant at 8180 since 1980. Greg Trusso and Tom Green of Equis Corp. represented Xerox.

Mark Roberts, corporate managing director, and Paul Schweitzer, executive vice president at Julien J. Studley, which announced the deal, represented the owner 8180 Greensboro LLC. Greensboro Park is an office complex of two buildings totaling 480,000 sf. The park was originally developed by The Clover Companies and is currently owned by affiliates controlled by The Clover Companies and the RREEF Funds.
