In an effort to capture the look and feel of the Coldwater Creekbrand, the store's interior will feature a signature in-storewaterfall, and will be decorated with soft woods, natural stone andambient lighting to create a relaxed, tranquil setting. PatrickOwens, associate,of Staubach Retail Services' Chicago office; AdamSchiller, vice president; and Kevin Sendrey, associate, both ofStaubach Retail Services' Dallas office, represented the women'sapparel and accessories retailer.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Staubach provides market strategy and site selection servicesfor the expansionof Coldwater Creek's full-line retail storesnationally.
