Fleming's will take 8,000 sf, which will be used for diningspace and an outdoor patio. Scheduled to open in the next severalmonths, the restaurant will feature an open dining room builtaround an exhibition style kitchen and a bar.

The 290,000-sf office complex is located withinContinental Park, the El Segundo mixed-use campus that encompasses3 million sf.
Continental Development Corp. represented itself, as well asFleming's, in the transaction. Terms of the deal were notdisclosed.
