Fleming's Inks 10-Year Lease at The Atrium

LOS ANGELES-The Atrium at Continental Park has landed Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar as an anchor restaurant, as the eatery has inked a 10-year lease for space here.

Fleming’s will take 8,000 sf, which will be used for dining space and an outdoor patio. Scheduled to open in the next several months, the restaurant will feature an open dining room built around an exhibition style kitchen and a bar.

“The Atrium at Continental Park will have two anchor restaurants and Fleming’s is an outstanding concept that will be instrumental in positioning this new, Class A office building, says Richard C. Lundquist, president of Continental Development Corp., which owns The Atrium. The 290,000-sf office complex is located within Continental Park, the El Segundo mixed-use campus that encompasses 3 million sf.

Continental Development Corp. represented itself, as well as Fleming’s, in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
