Albertson's is converting the former 29,759-sf Super Saver spaceto a traditional Albertson's grocery format and expanding itsexisting store to 46,660 feet. Paul Holling of Pacifica Enterprisesnegotiated the $1.7-million lease extension with the assistance ofBruce Schiff of BRE Commercial/NAI's North County office.

Other major tenants include Rite Aid and US Bank. Rite Aid willcompletely remodel the interior of its space to coincide with thereopening of the remodeled center.

Tate Consulting Architects provided remodel designs and CESNConstruction is the general contractor. Bruce Schiff and Phil Lyonsof BRE Commercial/NAI's North County office will handle the leasingof available building and in-line space.
