Colter St. Eric Hamburger ofOppenheimer Partners Properties LLC, a local entity, is the seller.Ric Holway of Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix negotiated the dealfor the seller while the firm's San Francisco office representedthe buyer.

The complex is positioned north of Camelback Road, near thenortheast corner of 7th and Colter streets. It is about a mile westof the Squaw Peak Parkway. Nearby amenities include Chris-TownMall, Camelback Colonnade, Town & Country retail mall andBiltmore Fashion Park. It's also near the Camelback Corridor, whichruns roughly from the Squaw Peak Parkway to 40th Street andincludes some of the Valley's best restaurants, shopping andcompanies.
