In the expansion, Fiesta Warehousing & Distribution Co.added 18,675 sf to its space at the Interchange East IndustrialPark, 5020 Stout Dr. in San Antonio's northeast submarket. Fiesta,a public warehouse user, now has about 166,000 sf at the 214,000-sfindustrial park, which is positioned close to the intersection ofLoop 410 and Interstate 10. Joe Carroll of Grubb & Ellis Co.'sSan Antonio office represented the building owner, NationwideInsurance Co. Fiesta used in-house representation.

In the renewal, Discount Trophy & Company Inc., which makesand sells trophy supplies, maintained its 13,093 sf at the MacroIndustrial Park at 4700 Macro St. The industrial park, also in thenortheast submarket, has 390,000 sf. Carroll negotiated forbuilding owner, Lend Lease. Discount Trophy also used in-houserepresentation.
