Porter says Richmond Plaza I is one of 14 buildings in Houstonowned by New York City-based BMS Management. Grubb & Ellis'Houston office is the portfolio's leasing agent. The eight-storyRichmond Plaza I is a 176,000-sf, class B office building,constructed in 1982. It carries advertised lease rates ranging from$16.50 per sf to $17.50 per sf, with terms running from 36 monthsto 60 months.
