The property, which will operate as a Marriott franchise, isstrategically located just a few miles from Charlotte/DouglasInternational airport and only one block from CBD. It is alsowithin walking distance of Ericsson Stadium and Discovery PlaceScience Museum.

"In locations like Charlotte," says Crestline Chief OperatingOfficer Dave Durbin, "downtown limited-service hotels typicallygenerate stronger financial returns to owners than full-servicehotels in the same market. In addition, they are also usually lesssusceptible to downturns in the economy." The new 16-story hotelboasts a 24-hour business library, fitness center and 1,500 sf ofmeeting room space. Crestline manages more than 30 hotels, leases91 hotels, and owns 31 senior living communities.
