Jeff Coddington, John Childers and Ford Alexander, all of theAustin office of Colliers Oxford Commercial, represented theseller, Lakeview Holdings. Travis County represented itself. Thebuilding had been occupied by Simplified, which develops softwarefor telecommunications companies. The building was delivered vacantto the county.
The building will be the headquarters for more law officers andsheriff's department workers who patrol western Travis County,according to information from the office of Todd Baxter, the TravisCounty commissioner that represents the area. It will be used asbase for a department captain, three lieutenants, nine sergeants,45 patrol officers, 10 community-policing officers, fivedetectives, five traffic officers and support staff.
