GRAND JUNCTION, CO-Fannie Mae's DUS product line was used to refinance a $1-million loan for the 36-unit multifamily rental project here. Terms of the 10-year loan include 30-year amortization.

Arbor's DUS small loan program gives owners and developers ofsmall apartment projects more efficient financing.
