In a 6,500-sf lease, Mayco Sales Inc. has settled into a newlocation at 10625 Newkirk in northwest Dallas after exiting anoffice-warehouse that it leased for two decades, Nathan Denton ofHenry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com. Thefive-year lease provides more space in a newer building. Dentonrepresented the tenant and Jason Miller of Property Advisors RealtyInc. in Irving handled talks for building owner, Madison-DeckerLtd. Mayco relocated from right across the street into a buildingwith spot with a 60% office component, says Denton. The building issituated in the Northwest Service & Tech Center.

A retail lease, totaling 1,274 sf, will put a Smoothie Stationinto the Pepper Square Shopping Center in North Dallas. Aaron R.and Lynnett Gersh are the owners of the new concept and have cut adeal with Prestonwood Market Square Ltd. for the first location.Dan Shoevlin and Vaughn Miller, both of Henry S. Miller Commercial,represented tenant and building owner in the talks.
