The building, which stands at 811 N. Poinsettia St, is part ofthe Santa Ana Business Center. Encompassing 29,150 sf, it is thethird largest facility in the industrial complex. Developed byBurke Real Estate Group, the Santa Ana Business Center is comprisedof nine buildings ranging in size from 7,900 sf to 43,484 sf.

The Santa Ana industrial sector kicked off the fourth quarterwith an overall vacancy rate of 4.9%. This region's industrialleasing and sales activity totaled 621,252 sf for the first ninemonths of 2001.
