The development will include 34 family and single independentliving units along with a 30-unit single-room-occupancy residencefor low-income and homeless people with HIV or AIDS. It also willinclude a wellness center and multi-purpose center, which also willbe available for residents of the neighborhood.

Completion is expected in 2004.

"This project is a dream realized to develop a resident campusfor people living with HIV/AIDS," says AIDSCare founder andpresident Jim Flosi. "Upon its completion, we will be able toprovide additional housing and support in communities that havebeen heavily impacted by HIV/AIDS."
