And, according to Peter Schofel, president of Eastman ManagementCorp., an additional 10,000 to 15,000 sf may be opening up as well,bringing the overall size of the block of space to as much as35,000 sf. "The availability of this space is an unusualopportunity for a company needing a West Essex location and a greataddress," says Schofel.

According to Eastman's director of leasing, Bill Kanter, thecomplex offers a two-story marble atrium lobby, upscale landscapingand access to I-280, I-80, I-287 and Route 10.
