Mobilier Holdings LLC of London bought the 24-acre dealershipand service center from Auto Nation USA Corp. of Ft. Lauderdale.Mark Krison, Bob Crum and David Carder, all of CB Richard Ellis'Phoenix office, represented the buyer. "After looking throughoutthe East Valley for a new Mercedes-Benz location, Mobilier chosethis site for its outstanding freeway exposure and great access toa potential customer base," Krison said in a press release. Thesurrounding area has developed into a magnet for upscale retailersand affluent residents.

The existing building is in line for a makeover while 10 acresare earmarked for a new structure to house automobile sales andservice teams. The dealership will open in first quarter 2002.
