Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut reports that therenovations at NordenPark property will include a major upgrade inthe complex's telecommunications capabilities that should proveattractive. Trip Hoffman, senior director of Cushman &Wakefield, along with Sal Buono SIOR, senior director with thefirm, are serving as exclusive leasing agents for the property. TheNordenPark building totals 636,000 sf of space. Currently, there isapproximately 160,000 sf of space available for lease. NordenSystems currently occupies nearly 480,000 sf of space atNordenPark.

Hoffman says, "This project takes the smart building concept toa whole new level, making it the most advanced new office projectin the area. The building is serviced by SNET fiber optics andseveral fiber providers are available to the site."

He continues, "The building is ideally suited for data centers,disaster recovery services or any office user... It has thecapability to carry several times the electrical load of a typicaloffice building."
