The event will feature a nationally recognized speaker, reportson the status of the name change from the Detroit Area CommercialBoard of Realtors and an update on a property information exchangesystem.
The board has opened the event to all commercial real estatepractitioners. Non-members will be charged a $25 attendancefee.
"We strongly encourage non-members to attend the luncheon," JanJacobs, president of the association, says in a preparedstatement.. "We want everyone to come here to find out where wewere, where we are, and where we are going."
