The 2500 Citywest building is a 574,216-sf, 25-story buildingimmediately adjacent to Westheimer and Beltway 8 in the Westchasesubmarket. The building was constructed in 1983. It is one of sevenstructures in the Chicago-based REIT's Houston portfolio. Theothers are Brookhollow Central I, II and III, totaling 798,000 sf;Intercontinental Center, 195,000 sf; the 208,000-sf NorthboroughTower; and 959,000-sf San Felipe Tower.
