HSS Logistics' relocation from the RREEF-owned Twins in Tempesignals a space doubling, Mark Detmer, vice president of TrammellCrow Co. in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. The new lease takes the AMBProperties Corp., a San Francisco REIT, holding to fulloccupancy.
The S. Holbrook Lane building is one of two, totaling 140,000sf, built in the early to mid-1980s. HSS Logistics will move intoan 88,784-sf structure positioned in a submarket tailored tomanufacturing and distribution space. The building is located abouta half mile from the intersection of Loop 101 and Broadway Road inthe city's eastern tier.
The Trammell Crow negotiating team consisted of Detmer, vicepresident Bo Mills and associate Darryl Scott. The team representedthe building owner.
