Lagasse will take up just a minor portion of the space availableat the 440-acre Gateway Commerce Center. The industrial park, whichis located at Route 175 and Interstate 95, offers about 1,650,000sf of space. Lagasse has about 25 such distribution centersthroughout the country. The Gateway space is the company's secondMaryland location; it also has a center in Baltimore.
