Best Lock, says Gilbert, is experiencing particular success inthe Texas market and predicts 2002 will bring even more growth forits keyless entry customer base. Several properties were screenedin recent months. The firm was looking for a "niche" building withminimal office space. "It was a perfect fit," Gilbert says ofNorthgate II's Building 10.
