Ecommission Financial Services Inc. leased 3,082 sf and ArborProperty Management leased 4,232 sf. Both are direct leases fromthe building's owner, Electronic Arts Inc., a developer of computerand online games. The company, based in Redwood City, CA, ownsAustin's Origin Systems Inc.

Rick Whitely of Colliers Oxford Commercial in Austin hasrepresented Origin in both deals and John Childer, also of ColliersOxford, has represented eCommission. Arbor represented itself.

Austin-based eCommission develops a Web-based system that allowsreal estate sales people to receive their commission paymentsbefore the closing date. The company is the US build-out of Agent'sEquity Inc., based in Toronto, Canada. Arbor is a multifamilyproperty manager.
