The 110,000-sf extension will include a multi-screen cinema,health and fitness club, family entertainment centre andrestaurants and bars, and more than90% of the space has alreadybeen pre-let to leading operators including Cine UK, Solar Bowl andLuminar.
Freeport's Chief Executive Sean Collidge, said: "There isnatural synergy between leisure and retail. Freeport Braintreeattracts millions of customers a year and both the retail andleisure developments will benefit from the increased footfall.'
The leisure development is due to complete in the Autumn2002.
