SOUTHFIELD, MI-Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust’s board of trustees have declared a fourth quarter dividend of 42 cents per share for the period Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, based on an annual dividend of $1.68 per share. The distribution will be paid Jan. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2001.

The company paid the same fourth quarter dividend in December 2000, as well as the same annual dividend that year. It announced increased revenues for the third quarter in October, but tempered that with the purchase of properties this year, which company officials said would lower funds received until 2003.
