Prior to joining Codina, Galimidi was a technical accountexecutive with Johnson Controls Corporation for three years wherehe was responsible for the sale of integrated building automationsystems and solutions.
Galimidi will oversee the engineering operations and maintenanceof the projects in Codina Real Estate Management's South Floridaportfolio.
Galimidi holds the designation of Real Property Administratorfrom the Building Owners and Managers Institute and an associate'sdegree in HVAC Technology from the College of Technology in NewYork. He is a certified electrical contractor in the state ofFlorida and a member of the Building Owners and ManagementAssociation.
