Codina Promotes Ex-Johnson Controls Exec to Top Engineering Post

CORAL GABLES, FL- Codina Real Estate Management Inc. has named Todd Galimidi corporate director of engineering. Galimidi, 38, has been with Codina for nine months as operations manager at Mizner Park in Boca Raton, FL.

Prior to joining Codina, Galimidi was a technical account executive with Johnson Controls Corporation for three years where he was responsible for the sale of integrated building automation systems and solutions.

Galimidi will oversee the engineering operations and maintenance of the projects in Codina Real Estate Management’s South Florida portfolio.

Galimidi holds the designation of Real Property Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Institute and an associate’s degree in HVAC Technology from the College of Technology in New York. He is a certified electrical contractor in the state of Florida and a member of the Building Owners and Management Association.
