Devin Hancock, asset manager of office and service propertiesfor Woodlands Operating Co. LP, negotiated the lease along with thetenant's in-house representative, Tom Connally, vice president andcontroller.
Also, the Woodlands Resort and Conference Center has completedrenovations to the main lobby and lounge. Granite floors, naturalwall coverings, and a new Woodlands Water Wall sculpture have beenadded. The front desk and reception area has also been enlarged.The new Lakeside Lounge provides scenic indoor and patio seatingoverlooking Lake Harrison.
