Caleb Lawson of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group in Houston,represented Nationwide Box, while Ron Roberson, also of CaldwellWatson, acted on the seller's behalf. Roberson tells GlobeSt.comthat Ribelin owned the building since the late 1970s and recentlyconstructed a new building. Dallas-based Ribelin distributescontainers, equipment, fillers and extenders, pigments, polymer andresins and specialty additives.
Roberson wouldn't give on the sales price, but the asking pricewas $1.95 million. Built in 1976, the tilt-wall building is railserved and comes with a sprinkler system and six dock-high loadingdoors with multiple ramp access.
