Nationwide Box Buys 57,600-SF Industrial Building

HOUSTON-Nationwide Box Inc. has purchased a 57,600 sf industrial warehouse situated on 3.6 acres at 7786 Blankenship in the Kempwood Industrial Center in northwest Houston near Hempstead Highway. Ribelin Sales Inc. was the seller of the building.

Caleb Lawson of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group in Houston, represented Nationwide Box, while Ron Roberson, also of Caldwell Watson, acted on the seller’s behalf. Roberson tells GlobeSt.com that Ribelin owned the building since the late 1970s and recently constructed a new building. Dallas-based Ribelin distributes containers, equipment, fillers and extenders, pigments, polymer and resins and specialty additives.

Roberson wouldn’t give on the sales price, but the asking price was $1.95 million. Built in 1976, the tilt-wall building is rail served and comes with a sprinkler system and six dock-high loading doors with multiple ramp access.
