Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, AOL Time Warner, Westin Hotel, CIBCWorld Markets and the new York State Unified Court System havehired Otis to provide internal transportation systems for their newbuildings. Details of the contracts include:

Goldman Sachs--The $27-million deal covers two buildingstotaling 1 million sf and includes 54 elevators and fourescalators. Otis has also inked a 20-year maintenance contract withthe investment bank.

Bloomberg--The former Alexander's department store site's54-story tower will have 29 elevators. Otis' contract with VornadoRealty Trust is valued at $13.95 million.
