The properties are the 87,646-sf Atrium office building; the24,000-sf Coach Road building; and the north and westparkinggarages. The deal is expected to close in February.

The three-story Atrium at 1295 Bandana Blvd. is 94%occupied andis the only one of the three assets showing a positive cash flow,according to thePort Authority. The building, previously arailroadrepair shop, was developed into an officestructure in 1986 by theWilder Foundation. In 1993,the Port Authority repossessed thebuilding which was 50% occupied at thetime.__________________________________________________
