Timberlake had been a small business sales and leasing associatewith Dell Computer Corp. Eric Stanley, Yancey-Hausman's executivevice president, cited Timberlake's sales experience in announcingthat Timberlake had joined the firm.
The company's retail leasing duties in Austin include the BullCreek Market, a 27,209-sf center at Capital of Texas Highway and RM2222, and Four Corners, a 31,556-sf center at 111 W. WilliamCannon. It also represents such office projects as CrystalMountain, Stonecreek I and Stonecreek II and the Canyon at WildBasin.
Founded in 1971, Yancey-Hausman's services include development,leasing, investment sales and property management. The company has50 employees in its Houston and Austin offices.
