The company, Camfil Farr Inc., will occupy 18,068 sf at 2121Paulhan St. The structure is inside the Dominguez TechnologyCenter.
A few dozen Camfil Farr workers will move into the warehouse anddistribution building next month. A Klabin Co. team of CourtneyBell, Doug Marshall and Harvey Beesen represented the tenant in thetransaction, while Bret Quinlan and Michael Sidney of Cushman &Wakefieldrepresented landlord Carson Dominguez Properties.
Camfil Farr is a subsidiary of Sweden-based Camfil AB. Itsproduct line ranges from automobile air-filtration systems tofull-blown "clean rooms" that keep computers safe from dust anddebris.
