Camco Pacific has paid $2 million for the facility, which standsadjacent to the University Athletic Club. The two-story building islocated on a 30,000-sf parcel at 1811 Quail St. Encompassing 10,446sf, it is larger than the construction company's currentheadquarters in Costa Mesa.
Camco Pacific has acquired the building from SRS Technologies,which has relocated its headquarters to Commerce Plaza Office Park.SRS Technologies now occupies 10,000 sf at the nearby officecomplex, which is located at 1800 Quail St.
Both Camco Pacific and SRS Technologies were represented byGeorge Economos and Steve Economos of NAI Capital Commercial.
