Fryday, with seven years of appraisal work under his belt, comesto C&W from James Brown & Associates in Salem, where he wasa senior housing real estate appraiser preparing market studies forindependent and assisted living congregate care facilities andnursing homes. Prior to that, he worked as a general contractor forseveral years.

Booth, a sixth generation Oregonian, joined Cushman &Wakefield's in August 1995 as part of the New York AdvisoryServices Group. There he specialized in the appraisal of largeretail developments, including regional malls, department storesand specialty entertainment centers.
