According to Jeff Hubbard, managing director of Sheldon Good& Company Auctions Northeast, the 86-bed former nursing homesits on "one of the larger contiguous parcels in the Westchesterregion."

The auction for the property, which is located on 31 OvertonRd., will be an open public bid, beginning at 7 p.m. Minimum bid onthe property is $850,000, with a certified or cashier's check inthe amount of $85,000 required to bid on day of auction.
