The office design was planned to create a flexible workspacethat allows employees to move around the office, offering computerplug-ins from anywhere in the office. The new office will retainthe existing three-story spiral staircase, and will add the lawlibrary and employee dining room. The project uses a lot ofhigh-end custom wood detailing, says Kevin Rolfes, the projectarchitect who works for Perkins & Will.
