The Heathrow, FL-based developer, founded 12 years ago by thehusband-wife team of Renee and Arden Doss, has just opened the80-unit Sedona community and logged pre-construction sales of $2million on 13 homes. Renar is targeting young professionals,retirees and second-home or vacation buyers.
Sedona is the first multifamily product at LPGA Internationalwhich has nine neighborhoods priced from the low $100s to$300,000-plus. Renar acquired LPGA international 2 ½ years ago. Thedevelopment is approved for 6,000 residential units and six millionsf of commercial, office and light industrial.
