New Renar Townhomes Selling at Fast Clip

DAYTONA BEACH, FL-The Heathrow, FL-based developer has just opened the 80-unit Sedona community with pre-construction sales of $2 million on 13 homes ranging from $119,000 to $159,000 at the 4,500-acre LPGA International development three miles north of U.S. 17-92 on LPGA Boulevard. Daytona Beach is 50 miles north of Downtown Orlando.

DAYTONA BEACH, FL-Renar Homes is finding a profitable niche in selling townhomes priced in the $119,000 to $159,000 range at the 4,500-acre LPGA International development, three miles north of U.S. 17-92 and 50 miles north of Downtown Orlando.

The Heathrow, FL-based developer, founded 12 years ago by the husband-wife team of Renee and Arden Doss, has just opened the 80-unit Sedona community and logged pre-construction sales of $2 million on 13 homes. Renar is targeting young professionals, retirees and second-home or vacation buyers.

Sedona is the first multifamily product at LPGA International which has nine neighborhoods priced from the low $100s to $300,000-plus. Renar acquired LPGA international 2 ½ years ago. The development is approved for 6,000 residential units and six million sf of commercial, office and light industrial.
